Providing the local community with a uniquely flavored oyster that has been raised in Drayton Harbor. The Pacific oysters are grown using innovative techniques that produce an impressively deep-cupped product. These oysters tend to be on the deliciously briny side while also leaving a subtle, sweet and vegetabley finish lingering on the palate. , A healthy bay is essential as each and every oyster is influenced by its marine surroundings. Drayton Harbor Oyster Company is actively fighting and working for continued improvements in water quality while also taking part in native Olympia oyster restoration and reintroduction. Our oysters can be found in raw bars throughout Seattle while we also have a farm store and raw bar in Blaine for the local consumer.

A true sign of spring! No, our #oysters aren't injected with hot sauce. The bay is in bloom and it shows! April is a favorite month to devour these sexy shellfish from Drayton Harbor as their food drastically changes even day to day. Shucking delicious.
